Terms and Conditions

The rules that apply when you request a quote, approve a proposal, or purchase services from Cortex Enterprise Hub LLC.

Effective Date: May 1, 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your relationship with Cortex Enterprise Hub LLC. By accessing this website or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Services We Provide

Cortex Enterprise Hub LLC provides digital marketing and content production services, including content marketing, custom solutions, search marketing, and social media marketing. Work is scoped to each client and delivered as professional digital services. We do not guarantee search rankings, follower growth, advertising performance, or sales results.

Project Agreements

Each project is confirmed by a written quote, proposal, invoice, or service agreement. That document controls the deliverables, timeline, fees, payment schedule, revision allowance, and review process. Website descriptions are general and do not expand the purchased scope.

Your Responsibilities

As a client of Cortex Enterprise Hub LLC, you agree to:

Provide Accurate Information

Give complete, accurate, and timely information, files, access, and feedback needed to perform the services.

Content Rights

Confirm that materials you supply (text, designs, logos, images, manuscripts, or other assets) are yours or that you have the licenses needed for us to use them on the project. You agree to defend and hold Cortex Enterprise Hub LLC harmless from claims arising from materials you provide.

Timely Payments

Pay invoices by the due dates stated in the approved quote or invoice.

Cooperation

Provide approvals and comments promptly. Delays in client materials or feedback may delay delivery.

Payment Terms

Deposits

Many projects require an upfront deposit before work starts. The deposit amount is stated in the quote. It reserves the project and covers initial production.

Milestone Payments

Larger or longer projects may be billed in milestones as phases are completed.

Final Payment

Any remaining balance is due on completion and before final files are released, unless the quote says otherwise.

Late Payments

If payment is overdue, we may pause work until the balance is paid. A late fee may apply if the quote or invoice says so.

Refunds

Refunds depend on how much work has been performed and are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Additional work outside the approved scope is quoted before it is billed.

Intellectual Property

Client Ownership

After full payment, you own the final original work created specifically for you under the approved scope, unless a written agreement says otherwise.

Company Portfolio Rights

We may show non-confidential samples or excerpts in our portfolio or marketing unless you request confidentiality in writing before work begins.

Our Tools and Methods

Templates, processes, tools, and other methods we use to produce work remain our intellectual property.

Third-Party Content

Stock images, fonts, or other licensed assets are used under their license terms. After delivery, you are responsible for following those licenses. Third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, Amazon, and social networks are outside our control.

Confidentiality

Non-public business plans, unpublished manuscripts, and other confidential materials you share are used only to perform the services. We do not disclose them except with your written consent or as required by law.

Termination of Services

Client Cancellation

You may cancel by written notice to info@cortexenterprisehub.com. If work has started, any refund follows the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Company Termination

We may end a project if you breach these Terms, including non-payment, misrepresentation of supplied materials, or requesting illegal, fraudulent, infringing, or deceptive work. Fees for work already performed remain due.

Return of Materials

After termination, each party will return or delete the other party’s confidential materials on request, except for copies kept for legal, tax, or archival reasons.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cortex Enterprise Hub LLC’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

International Data Transfers and GDPR

Our operations are based in the United States. If we process personal data of individuals in the EEA or United Kingdom, we do so in line with applicable data protection law, including appropriate transfer safeguards where required. Details on data use are in our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the New Jersey, United States, without limiting any non-waivable consumer rights.
